The Teletrips Tracking Systems measures individual choices associated with work locations, commute modes and communications preferences. This is a key step towards quantifying Work Anywhere impacts. The Tracking Portal includes the following components: - myTeletrips Logging Portal
- Team Connections - Presence Awareness
- 3BL Credit / Debit Management
- Individual Impact Report & Weekly Reminders
The Tracking System records both trips taken and potential trip impacts that were avoided through Telework (“no-trip”) or shifting mode, for example riding a bike to work instead of driving (“low-trip”).
It is also designed to keep teams connected by giving team members a simple way to share their current location, status, and preferred method of communication. The Credit Management facility converts no-trips and low-trips into 3BL credits that can be redeemed for a variety of consumer goods and services.
