Teletrips’ approach is focused on the Triple-Bottom-Line (3BL) methodology for the design, implementation, operation, and evaluation of Work Anywhere programs.

Teletrips 3BL is a set of web tools that calculate financial, societal, and environmental impacts of Work Anywhere Programs. The outputs are used to set baselines, assess progress as a Work Anywhere Program is implemented, and provide ongoing reports for established programs.  Summary reports aggregate by business unit, corporate demographics, and location.  3BL is also used for “What if?” analysis. This is especially useful during Work Anywhere program planning where it can help managers develop strategies that match their organization’s requirements.

3BL comes with standard formulas and assumptions that calculate a rich set of indicators, or it can be customized to include new indicators, alternate calculation methods, or different assumptions. Any organization can build Work Anywhere analyses and reports that exactly fit its needs.
